Important: In many cases, Delite processes Service Data on behalf of a business customer (e.g., an employer). In those cases, the business customer controls the Service Data, and Delite acts as a processor/service provider under applicable law.

Pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referring URLs
Approximate location derived from IP address
Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies

4. SMS Opt-In, Data Use & Mobile Info Handling
If you choose to provide your mobile phone number and opt in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Delite Payroll related to service updates, notifications, reminders, and, if applicable, promotions. Message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to an SMS message or contacting us at social@delitepayroll.com; for support reply HELP or email us.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with trusted service providers as needed to deliver messaging services.

How to Exercise Your Rights:

We do not sell personal information for money. If you operate in jurisdictions where “sale” is defined broadly, you may need additional disclosures depending on your practices.
