Depending on the Services a customer uses, we may process:

Important: In many cases, Delite processes Service Data on behalf of a business customer (e.g., an employer). In those cases, the business customer controls the Service Data, and Delite acts as a processor/service provider under applicable law.

IP address, device type, browser type, operating system
Pages viewed, time spent, clicks, referring URLs
Approximate location derived from IP address
Cookie identifiers and similar tracking technologies

4. How We Use Information
We use information for purposes such as:

Providing, operating, and improving the Services (payroll processing, HR/benefits administration, compliance workflows)
Creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, and administering access
Responding to inquiries, providing quotes, demos, onboarding, and support
